I'm still alive...

I feel bad for not posting more often... but blogger has really been driving my nuts. I've had the worst time trying to post pictures, it's been problematic for months now. I'm hoping to move to another platform sometime once I find one that supports picture messaging as good as blogger does (when it works at all, grrr...)

- Life has been going pretty well lately, yesterday Brian and I had our 1 month aniversary! It still seems surreal sometimes, but I've never been happier.
- I've been knitting like crazy, working on Christmas gifts and Brian's sweater. I'm proud of myself for tackling a full blown project like that, I hope it turns out well.
- Brian and I started working out again, I'll feel sore tomorrow but tonight I'm glad we're back at it.
- I've turned into a tea junkie, every morning I make a pot of tea and take it to work in my thermos. It keeps it nice and hot which helps since it's always freezing at work.
- I'm hoping to go to the Ragdoll breeder soon to check in our our little kitten and see how much she's grown. I can't wait to play with her! ^_^
- Started reading Emma by Jane Austin, sofar it's pretty good. I can't keep from thinking how the movie "Clueless" was based on it though, ha ha.

Now for something completely different...

I have a pet peeve about work... I don't like to talk about work on my blog for fear of getting Dooced but this shouldn't be a big deal...

I CANNONT STAND it when women in the ladies room will sit there and talk on their cell phones while they're in the stall, doing their business. We talk on the phone 8 hours a day for our jobs and they can't even go without talking on a phone while they're using the restroom. Not to mention it's Gross to talk to someone while they're ... you know what. Ugh.

On a better note...

This is pretty cool... I was in the breakroom today and wanted to get something out of the vending machine but I only had a 5 dollar bill, so I asked a lady standing near me if she had change for a five. She didn't but she gave me a dollar bill instead, just because. I never met this person before so I thought that it was pretty cool that she was nice enought to just give a stranger money like that. Yeah it was only a dollar, but the way people are today it was still really nice.

HAPPY 1st month! It's always weird for the first year.
I've been wanting to start working out again too... good for you! I can't wait for pictures of your new kitty.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU ON THE BATHROOM THING!!!! OMG! I don't understand conversations, period, in the bathroom.... do you business, get out, end of story. Wait to tell so and so, this and that, when you get out! Also - if the bathroom has 12 different stalls (or however many) - and you are the only one in there... why does the next person in always want to sit RIGHT NEXT TO YOU!?!?! I don't get that either. I mean, there is a one stall minimum of skipping when the bathroom is completely empty. Why should I have to stare at others ashy ankles while I'm using the bathroom!?!?

Oh, can I have the 5 dollars, since you must not need it in the vending machine anymore? hehehe.... :)
